Features
This system supports many features required by companies selling
overseas properties, and wanting control over how information is provided and
displayed.
The features of the system include:
- Supports both developments and properties. Possibly the only system to do
this!
- A development has associated properties (so, for example, if selling a development
like finca parcs you enter that development's details and then add a property
type for each type of property on the development). Information that is common
to the development is automatically shared by the associated property types.
- Properties can be entered independently of a development for one-off or
small builds--and for resales.
- New or Resale properties may be entered.
- Owner information is entered separately, so if someone is selling 10 properties
you only enter them once.
- All actions are logged (so you know who last updated a property or deleted
a property etc.)
- Multi-user support
- Access control, so each user can have access to view or edit different information.
So one person can view property details but not view the owner's details ands
so on. Another person can edit developments etc. Just about any combination.
The system also controls who may delete a property or development.
- Multi-company support
- Not branded so may be used by many agents.
- Flyers can be produced on a company basis (with logo)
- property listings with the ability to control what is displayed on a listing
page., such as the countries available, type of properties displayed (new
or resale) and areas displayed.
